Your data is collected when you provide it to us. This includes all data entered into the application form.
Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website through our IT systems. This includes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, operating system, time of page access). Your personal data shall be retained until a) the respective warranty claim expires, b) we are no longer subject to documentation obligations, or c) statutory retention obligations expire (§257 HGB: 6–10 years; §147 AO: 10 years). If you make a legitimate deletion request or revoke your consent, your data will be deleted unless prevented by legal obligations.

In the course of handling your warranty claim, we may forward your data to the respective manufacturer, appointed experts, or selected logistics providers for potential returns. Data shall only be shared if required for contract performance, due to legal obligations, legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, or another lawful basis. Data processors shall receive personal data only under a valid data processing agreement (DPA).
You may withdraw consent at any time. Processing already carried out remains lawful.
If data is processed based on Art. 6 (1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your situation. We shall no longer process your data unless overriding legitimate reasons exist or processing is required for legal claims. We do not process personal data for direct advertising or profiling. Should this occur, you may object at any time, and your data shall no longer be used for such purposes.
In case of GDPR violations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in your state of residence, workplace, or place of the alleged infringement.

DThis website is hosted on a secure, dedicated server in Germany. Data collected on the site is stored there, including IP addresses, meta/communication data, site accesses, entered contract data, contact details, names, and other related information.
Hosting is performed for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and for secure, efficient online service provision (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Where consent is required (e.g. for device fingerprinting under TDDDG), processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR and §25 (1) TDDDG.
